One of the rarest ecosystems on Earth.

The Tropical Dry Forest of Southern Ecuador — a **UNESCO Biosphere Reserve** sheltering extraordinary biodiversity and a coffee terroir unlike any other. Less than **2% of its original extension remains**, yet across six coffee-growing cantons — Sozoranga, Macará, Celica, Paltas, Pindal, Puyango — more than **500,000 hectares** are managed as a single living landscape under the **Mancomunidad Bosque Seco**.
