Comprehensive B2B Solutions

High-altitude Ecuador, delivered to your door.

Sourcing specialty coffee from Ecuador has historically meant navigating high minimum order quantities, slow shipping lanes, and complex customs procedures. Our North American Program solves this: we handle the export from Quito or Guayaquil and clear customs at the border.

By using direct air freight corridors, we bypass traditional import delays. Your coffee arrives at your roastery within days of leaving origin — protecting the delicate flavor profiles of specialty micro-lots like Typica Mejorado, Sidra, and Gesha.

Whether you require green micro-lots in vacuum packaging or a fully managed private-label roasted program, we act as your direct partner in Ecuador, taking care of the logistics so you can focus on roasting and serving.

North America Program FAQs

What US and Canada Buyers Ask Us.

01.What is the minimum order for importing coffee to the USA from Ecuador?
Our minimum order is 40 kg (2 boxes of 20 kg each). This is significantly lower than the 17–19 metric ton container minimums required by most South American exporters, making us ideal for craft roasters testing new origins.
02.How long does air freight from Ecuador to the USA or Canada take?
5–10 business days door-to-door. Coffee is vacuum-sealed at our facility in Loja, trucked to Quito or Guayaquil airport, and flown directly to Miami, New York, Los Angeles, or Toronto. No maritime port congestion.
03.Do you handle FDA compliance for green coffee imports?
Yes. We manage FDA prior notice filings, export registration, phytosanitary certificates, and all US/Canada customs documentation. Your coffee clears customs with zero administrative delays on your end.
04.Can I get single-origin microlots of Typica Mejorado or Gesha?
Absolutely. Every lot we export is micro-loted from single farms in Loja at 1,600–2,100 masl. You receive full traceability data including farm name, altitude, processing method, and cupping scores. Lots are allocated first-come — once sold out, next availability is the following harvest.
05.How does direct trade from Cafesure compare to buying through a US specialty importer?
By sourcing directly, you eliminate 15–25% in importer markups. You also get first-access to limited lots, direct communication with the exporting team, and full supply chain transparency — something US intermediaries cannot replicate.
