01Can I choose specific varieties or processes?
Not in this configurator. We send available varieties (Typica Mejorado, Sidra, Gesha — washed, honey, or natural) based on current inventory and your expressed preferences. Variety-specific requests go in the message field or our response.
02How long does shipping take?
Air freight from Quito or Guayaquil to North America typically takes 5–10 business days. We quote exact transit time with the shipping cost.
03What happens if I need more than 5 kg?
Above 5 kg, it's no longer a Sample Kit — it's an Evaluation Lot or Trial Order. Use the link in the configurator to talk to us and we'll scope the right program.
04Can I request roasted samples?
Yes. Switch the coffee type to Roasted. Roasted samples are typically for private-label programs and have variable lead times depending on roast profile and packaging.
05How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is quoted per shipment based on destination zone and final package weight. We send the quote within 1 business day of your request.
